By Taxi
Travelling by taxi is by far the easiest option and the most expensive. There are always plenty of taxis queued up outside the airport terminal eager to take you on your way. The cost of the trip is around €100 and the journey takes approx. 1hr. Click here for airport transfers information.

By Bus
To get to Lagos by bus you must first take a bus from the airport to the main Faro bus terminal and then take a connecting bus to Lagos. Look for the EVA buses just outside the airport terminal. A bus from the airport to the bus station costs around €2 and the journey time around 20mins. Click here for bus information

By Train

If you want to travel by train, you must 1st take either a bus or taxi from the airport to the Faro train station. The journey on the train takes roughly 1 3/4 hrs and costs approx. €7. Click here for train information.

By Car

With the introduction of tolls in 2012 on the A22 highway between Faro and Lagos, more and more travellers are now opting to use the N125 to avoid paying taxes. A trip along the A22 will take you approximately 1hr, whereas driving along the N125 can take up to 2hrs depending on traffic.
